Refunds will only be given if the products show very evident signs of manufacturers defect. If the products show that there is any kind of damage due to misuse or abuse a refund will not be given. If stock is on hand, we can offer an exchange for a like product in the event of a manufacturers defect. All machines are thoroughly tested at the factory and put through a test at our warehouse. All machines will be in full intended operational standard at time to delivery.
Machines have a full 1-year warranty for parts and labor.
