What colors do the Claw Machines come in?

The Claw Machines come in Blue, Blue/Green, Yellow and Pink. You can place a pre-order for multiple machines of one or multiple colors
What kind of prizes can I put in my claw machines?

Typically the claw machines will take stuffed animals or "Plushies" as they are now called. You can put other prizes in the claw machines like prize balls that can contain small prizes, money, gift cards for businesses, or any other item you can fit into the prize balls. Ask our staff about the different options for prizes that might work for you.
Is there a warranty on the Claw Machines?

Yes, we offer a full one year warranty on parts and labor. Just let us know what the problem is and we can come diagnose and fix the machine due to any defective parts. The warranty does not cover damage to the machine due to abuse or misuse of the machine.
If I pre-order a Claw Machine(s). how long will it take to deliver them?

If you pre-order it could take up to two months. Typically delivery time is 30 to 45 days.
Can I customize the Claw Machine with my own logos or design?

Custom logos and designs can be applied to the machines for an additional charge. The custom logos or designs are put on at the factory and could add 3 to 5 days on to the delivery time. Full payment of the custom machines must be made at time of purchase.
How do I get prizes or plushies for the Claw Machines?

If we have them in stock you can purchase them from us. If not, we can order them for you and typically take 30 to 45 days for delivery. We strongly suggest that you purchase 100 to 250 plushies when you buy the machines. The prizes will go quick, and you don't want to run out of plushies. Have extra prizes on hand to keep your customers coming in to play the Claw Machines.
How much money can one Claw Machine make me or my business?

Speak with our staff so they can give you the options on how to make the most money from your Claw Machines. Typically the Claw Machines can pay for themselves in 2 months or less.
How do I set up the prizes in my Claw Machines?

Our staff can help you with the set up of the prizes in your machine, just ask us and we can help you out with all your set up questions.
How many prizes can I fit into one of the Claw Machines?

The minimum prizes, typically plushies, would be 50 prizes. The machine can hold up to 250 prizes if you would like to fill the machine up to the top of the prize area. 250 prizes will make the machines more attractive to your customers when they come to play the claw machines.
How hard are the Claw Machines to set up"

The Claw Machines are very easy to set up, and we have a detailed YouTube video link that will show you step by step on how to unpack and set up your machines.
